Starting a chat
- You can start a chat within our opening hours
- If you see the message 'agents offline' it means we have no available support agents at that moment
- Once you start a chat, we will direct you to one of our support agents as soon as possible
- The chat box will let you know when an agent is on their way to support you
During a chat
- Please make sure to respond to our agents within 3 minutes after the last message they sent, to avoid the chat from ending automatically
- You can only send attachments once the agent requests it in the chat
- Keep information like an order number, email address and/or shipping address nearby for the best experience
- You can keep browsing other pages while being in a chat with us. Just navigate back to the page where you started your chat from, to continue the conversation
Ending the chat
- After a chat has ended, you can download a transcript of the conversation
What if your chat has accidentally ended?
- If you don't reply to an agent's message within 3 minutes, the chat will end automatically If this, or anything else happened and the chat ended, you can always start a new chat.
- No worries, you can start a new chat. One of our agents will pick up where you left off.
On January 13, 2026, our operations related to https://ro.calvinklein.com and https://www.calvinklein.bg were handed over to our partner SARKK SA (SARKK).
What does this mean?
This means that as of January 13, 2026:
- The accounts of our Romanian and Bulgarian customers have been deactivated and deleted, and any benefits linked to those accounts have ended. This does not prevent those customers from creating a new account with SARKK as of January 13.
- All the newsletter subscriptions of Romanian and Bulgarian customers with Calvin Klein were ended. This does not prevent them from subscribing to the newsletter sent by SARKK as of January 13.
- Any order placed, as well as any related communications, is being handled by SARKK.
If you placed an order on the Romanian or Bulgarian Calvin Klein website before January 13, 2026, this will still be handled by us, and we’ll be happy to assist you with any questions or issues regarding your order. You can always reach out to us at the email address service.eu@calvinklein.com.
If you have a query regarding an online order placed on the Romanian or Bulgarian Calvin Klein websites on or after January 13, a purchase made in a Romanian or Bulgarian Calvin Klein store (regardless of when), or a general question about Calvin Klein, this will be handled by SARKK. We kindly ask you to contact them via the following email addresses:

Please note that no personal data was transferred to SARKK. Unless required or allowed by law, the personal data of Romanian and Bulgarian customers was deleted.
